Cool Treats

Feels like my brain has melted this week. One more day of 90+ degrees, 60 percent+ humidity and we shall finally get some air. 

Until then, I'm enjoying these Coconut Water Fruit Pops, as made per August's MSL suggestion. Loving the mango— the kiwi is a bit sour. She also suggests pineapple and papaya. Simply combine 1 cup chopped fruit with 3/4 cup coconut water. Puree and freeze in popsicle molds!
