February is Potato Lovers Month

In this frozen land of grey skies and slippery roads, February does have a redeeming quality.... it's for lovers... POTATO Lovers that is.

It's a time to celebrate, rejoice and to chow down on your favorite tubers. All with only the slightest bit of carb-filled guilt, because this month, we are honoring the greatest of all root vegetables.
